At EM Globals USA LLC, we strive to ensure client satisfaction through transparent service delivery.

Service Nature
As a service-based business, refunds are not generally applicable once services have been initiated or delivered.

Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Service was not delivered as agreed

Duplicate payment was made

Billing error occurred

Request Process
Clients must submit a refund request in writing within 7 days of the transaction.

Review
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the service agreement.

Completed service delivery

Change of mind after service initiation

Delays caused by client-side issues
